World AIDS Day is celebrated on December 1st each year to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS, honor those lost to the epidemic, and commit to ending HIV as a public health threat. World AIDS Day brings together people from around the world to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and demonstrate international solidarity in the face of the pandemic.
